Hello Friends, Followers and Fellow Rookies,

I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted a blog, but that’s because I’ve been busy collecting knowledge to drop on ya’ll.

Today is going to be about communication skills. These skills are important in every aspect of life. Whether you're a Real Estate agent or not having bad communication skills creates a glass ceiling, and if you don’t try to manage/correct it you will find little to no advancement in your career. As for Real Estate agents our job is based solely on communicating and building relationships. Therefore, it’s important to execute good communication skills. School will teach you what to say, but rarely does it teach you how to say it. Psychologists say that it takes about 21 days to make something a habit. So if you aim to be SUPER everyday than you’ll always be applying good communication skills.

• Predictability- Deliver what is promised and expected

• Exceptionality- Provide the extraordinary and uncommon

• Responsiveness- Report quickly and reliable
